Balthazar has darkened spine and small nicks to spine tips and to the edges of flaps. Mountolive has very clean panels and flaps with a little browning to the spine, which has two closed tears and scuffing, and small nicks to flap edges. Clea has a little darkening to the spine, which has very small closed tears to spine tips, scuffs to flap edges with clean panels (please see images).

The remaining two volumes with lighter rubbing, small chips and tiny loss at corners and tips, but all generally presentable in Mylar. Cloth boards on the whole fine, one or two minor marks across the set, the bindings tight and square, seemingly unread. Internally all about fine with some light offsetting at endpapers. A terrific set, scarce.
